✔ Once your order is confirmed, we purchase the products from our supplier. This usually takes 1-3 days.
✔ After arrival at our warehouse, we inspect and repackage the items before handing them over to our logistics partner.
✔ Shipping times vary depending on your location:
- Australia: 2-8 business days
- Other countries: 6-10 business days
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, so you can monitor its progress.
